The programme
How VIP status is worked out
One calculation, once a month, from activity you can see in your own account history. There is nothing to apply for and nothing to opt into — which is exactly why an email announcing a status change can arrive without you having asked for anything.
The monthly cycle
Status is not a permanent label and it is not awarded by a person. It is derived from two things recorded against your account during a calendar month:
- qualifying deposits made during that month, and
- bets placed during that month.
At the end of the month those figures produce a status, and that status applies from the first day of the following month. Then the count starts again. A month that was quiet produces a lower result than a month that was busy, and the reverse is equally true — the ladder runs both ways because the same sum is done every time.
- During the month. Qualifying deposits and placed bets accumulate. Nothing needs to be claimed, entered or submitted.
- At the month end. The figures for that calendar month are totalled and mapped to a status.
- From the 1st. The new status takes effect automatically and the benefits attached to it become available.
Because the criteria are the same every month, you can always work out where you stand: look at what you actually did this month, not at what you were told last month.
Levels
The programme has several levels, arranged from lower to higher, and the higher the level the more of the benefits below are unlocked. The level names come from a “Diamond” family distinguished by a colour word — Red Diamond is one of them.
Why the full ladder is not printed here
This site publishes only what it can state accurately. The complete list of level names, and the figures behind each one, are not reproduced on this page rather than being guessed at. Your current level, and what the next one requires, are things the desk can tell you directly — ask through your account area, or the official support of the site where you play.
Treat any message that quotes you a precise sum with the same care as any other unexpected message: the verification checks apply to a number in an email exactly as much as they apply to a link.
What comes with a status
The benefits attached to the programme, described as mechanisms rather than as offers:
- A personal VIP manager
- A named point of contact rather than a general queue. This is the reason a message can arrive from a named VIP manager rather than a no-reply system address.
- Cashback
- Calculated on a weekly basis. What proportion applies is tied to status, so it is one of the things that changes when a level changes.
- Birthday reward
- A reward tied to the birth date held on your account.
- Referral bonus
- A reward available in connection with referring someone else.
- Support and offers shaped around your play
- Higher levels come with more personalised support and more tailored offers. This is also the honest reason to be careful: personalised messages are the ones a fraudster most wants to imitate.
No amounts, rates, thresholds or expiry rules are published on this page. If you need those, ask the desk — and check any figure that arrives unprompted.
Common questions
- How do I become a VIP?
- There is no application and no form. The calculation runs against every account each month, and a status follows from the qualifying deposits and bets recorded in that month.
- How do I reach a higher level?
- The same two inputs, in a single calendar month, decide the level. A higher result in a month produces a higher status for the month that follows.
- How do I keep my status?
- Status is re-derived every month rather than accumulated, so a level is held for the month it was granted and recalculated at the start of the next one from that month’s own activity.
- How do I get my status back if it drops?
- By the same route as the first time. Nothing is lost permanently: a later month’s activity produces a new status through exactly the same calculation.
- Where can I see my current level?
- Ask your VIP manager, or check your account area on the site where you play. This site holds no account data of any kind and cannot look anything up.
- I want to set limits on my play. Does that affect this?
- Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are account controls, and they are separate from anything on this page. See play safe for how to arrange them and for independent organisations that can help.
What this page deliberately is not
It is not a sales page. There is no button here that starts anything, no code to enter, no offer with a clock on it, and no link into a casino. A member who has just received an email and wants to know what the programme actually is should be able to read a flat description of it without being sold to on the way past.
